Due to limited appointment dates and time we do ask that all cancellations be made within 24 to 48 hours. This gives us the opportunity to fill these appointments and minimize wait list times. You may request to cancel or reschedule through our website or by phone. Any appointment that is not cancelled during this time frame is subject to a charge equal to 30 % of the scheduled service. Appointments are scheduled in certain increments to ensure that all clients are able to receive a quality service and allow the therapist to prepare all treatment rooms for the following scheduled client to receive the same experience. It is crucial that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late this time may be taken of of your scheduled treatment time. Any client that arrives over 15 minutes past the scheduled start time may be subject to rescheduling of that appointment. In the event that your therapist running behind we will do our best to notify you prior to your appointment. Your time is important to us and we want to make sure your experience is as relaxing and therapeutic as possible. Appointments that are not attended without notification or no showed will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled appointment. After three no show appointments you will be asked to pre pay for your service in full prior to booking.
